It's been more than 10 years since you were able to enjoy light roasted coffee prepared using an alternative method for the first time in Bratislava. During that time, a number of roasteries and coffee shops were established, which are labeled specialty coffee. But how to choose the best one and not get lost in this cafe noise?
The book is written by Adrián Juráček, graphic designer and coffee lover. Bedeker Bratislavská Kaviareň is his curated selection of 20 of the most impressive shrines of coffee shop bums. The selection criteria were passionate approach to specialty coffee, quality of service, quality of coffee and interior design.
We at black are extremely happy that our cafe on Gorkého Street is part of this unique project!
