1.2.2. “Online Shop” means the online store located on the www.black.sk website,

Personal data are not only the first  name, surname, date of birth, but also any information and characteristics on the basis of which any natural person can be identified. The Operator processes your personal data only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of its processing, as follows:

• email address,
• first name and last name,
• postal address (street number and name, town/city, postal code, country)
• telephone number
• datas about sign up for a registered account (only in case if you register),
• data about the visit and search on the website
• IP address,
• data about purchase and discount: purchased goods, price of the purchased goods, place, date and time of the purchase, dates about the provided discounts.

For what purpose do we process your personal information?

The aim of the procession of the personal data you provide is using the benefits, providing discounts on purchases, right for complaint, exchanging purchased goods, communicating with you and sending packages. The personal data is processed on the basis of signing this consent. The consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time.

How long we keep you personal data for?

Your personal data will be processed only for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing, or until the laws or regulations are applicated to OPTIMISED SOLUTIONS, s.r.o.  for instance business and tax obligations or, if permitted, for the purpose of securing evidence. After termination of the processing process (e.g., termination of your participation at www.black.sk or when the cancellation of receiving newsletter by e-mail) or after the expiry of the statutory time limit, your personal data will be legally deleted according to the regulations or  their use will be restricted, eg . blocking your email address for advertising purposes when you unsubscribe from a newsletter service, or limiting processing within legal business and tax archiving obligations. The processing of personal data as legal obligation of OPTIMISED SOLUTIONS, s.r.o. for instance fulfilling archiving criteria is made on the basis of Act of 13 article 1 (f) of the Act.

 

With whom will be your personal data shared?

We process your personal data to the maximum extent internally within the  OPTIMISED SOLUTIONS, s.r.o. We only provide data to our suppliers if it is necessary for the purpose of the processing. Our suppliers include: providers of IT service, accounting and providers of postal and freight forwarding service. The personal datas will not be transferred to third countries.

 

Your rights

As a „person concerned“ you have certain rights under the data privacy legislation, such as a right to:

• request access to your personal data (Act of 21),
• request correction of your personal data (Act of 22),
• request erasure of your personal data (Act of 23),
• request restriction of processing of your personal data (Act of 24),
• request the transfer of your personal data (Act of 26),
• object to processing your personal data (Act of 27),
• withdraw consent (Act of 14 article 3),
• right to lodge a complaint acc. to Act of 100.

You have a right to lodge a complaint to Surveillance Authority (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12 820 07, Bratislava 27) if you believe that your personal data are being processed contrary to these conditions, or current legislation.
